A DUI can happen to anyone whether you're in Hall County, GA or Arlington County, VA. On Thursday April 26th, two time Pro Bowler and safety on the Washington Redskins Brandon Meriweather was arrested for DUI in Arlington, Virginia. The officer questioned him and Meriweather told him he was headed home from a nightclub. This prompted the officer to check for alcohol impairment. After refusing to take a breathalyzer, he then performed poorly on theĀ field sobriety test . The DUI officer placed him under arrest for DUI

Meriweather is a talented 28 year old who just recently signed a $6 million contract with the Redskins. He may be facing heavy fines, license suspension, and even jail time.
